calling london magazine to cancel a subscription to "Teen Breathe" magazine

I'll need to borrow a friend's phone to call the UK phone number. My Assurance Wireless service through AT&T isn't programmed to call the UK.

So I am embedding the London clock here in hopes that I can call during business hours, BST. BST = Brittish Summer Time.
